Weekly Rental Rates:
Optional pool heating is £100 per week (highly recommended in order to make the most of the pool in winter). The minimum stay is 7 days, and the preferred changeover day is Saturday, but this can be flexible. A deposit of £50 per week or part thereof, is payable upon booking, with the balance (plus a £150 refundable damage security deposit), due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. All rates are inclusive of all utility charges (electricity, water etc.), Florida Resort Taxes and an end of rental clean (additional house cleans can be arranged if required). We do occasionally have discounted late availability offers, so why not see if we currently have anything that may be of any interest.
