A cot is available upon request at the time of booking

- The villa has external sensor lighting and is also protected by a monitored security system which automatically calls our security company, if any of it’s sensors are triggered.
- Smoke alarms are also linked into the monitored security system.
- The villa is equipped with emergency lighting and fire extinguishers located in the kitchen and the upstairs landing
- A personal safe is available for your use during your stay

- The villa is cleaned before and after each rental, and is professionally managed by our experienced local Management company, who are available for emergencies, 24 hours a day
